2022 Game Set Match Gala and Tennis Fashion Show Recap

Dear NJTL Supporter,

Thank you to EVERYONE who attended or supported the 10th Annual Game Set Match Gala and Tennis Fashion Show held April 2, 2022 at the Westin Oaks Galleria hotel!

We had a fabulous time celebrating with Honorary Chairs — Rosario & Paul Boling, Margaret & T.C. Chang, and Bev Taylor — and were enthralled by listening to American tennis pro Frances Tiafoe about his journey to where he is today and his advice to “Dream Big”!

Frank Billingsley did an excellent job as the master of ceremonies, and Houston’s own Michael Russell led the conversation with Frances. The silent and live auctions were lots of fun, and it was so neat to get to see the kids model the latest tennis fashion from Tennis Express. We also had the chance to recognize amazing NJTL kids who were NJTL Essay Contest winners and others who were deservedly scholarship winners.

On behalf of the Houston Tennis Association, Tennis Express, and thousands of NJTL students, a heartfelt expression of gratitude goes out to the Gala volunteers, donors, and guests who helped us reach the goal of contributing more than $100,000 to support HTA NJTL! We would love to add even more to that total, so for anyone who might want to contribute now, please click the donate button below. (For those who made a donation, remember that a receipt showing the taxable benefit is available at any time by logging into One Cause; however, if you prefer a letter from HTA, please email us at gala@houstontennis.org.)
