Top-seeded Lyeons downed second-seeded Zhu 6-4, 7-6 (1) in the finals, and Mireles outlasted Smith 7-6 (6), 1-6, 7-6 (6) in a three hour, 48 minute match. Both were seeded fifth.

No. 3 seeds Stuart Kenyon and Robert Voss, both of Houston, won the men’s open doubles over the No. 4 seeds Brett Bernstein and Hersh Pise, both of Richmond, 6-2, 7-5.
