Hersh Pise of Richmond has been named the top seed in the men’s open division of the HTA Senior Major Zone and Adult Open Fall Festival tennis tournament, which will be held October 5-7 at Lee LeClear Tennis Center.
The HTA Super Senior Major Zone tournament will be held at Memorial Park Tennis Center. Richard Bickmore of Tomball is the No. 1 seed in the men’s 55 singles.
No. 1 seeds in the men’s adult and senior divisions are: 4.5—Husain Virani of Richmond; 4.0—Gregory Brown of Houston; 3.5—Mohit Paryani of Spring; senior men’s 4.0 50s—Curtis Henderson of Dallas; and senior men’s 3.5 50s—Gary Olive of Tyler.
Monica Donati of Plano is the top seed in the women’s 4.0 division.
Other top seeds in the super senior singles are: 60s—David Chang of Houston; 65s—Carl Morris of Austin; 70s—Paul Smith of Pflugerville; and 75s—Fernando Velasco of Pflugerville.
